Welcome to Unico Lite (hereafter referred to as "Unico Lite," "we," "us" or "our") and thank you for becoming our user. Unico Lite operates the application (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. Your registration, access, or use of the Platform or use of the Service is subject to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and other applicable terms we may publish and update in connection with your use of the Service from time to time (together, this "Agreement"). To obtain a copy of this Agreement or if you have any questions about this Agreement, you may also contact Unico Lite via in-app customer service.
A. Consideration: Different pricing and payment policies may apply to different Services. Subject to the pricing and payment policy in effect at the time you access the App, Unico Lite may provide you with access to the App and/or all or part of the Service free of charge or in consideration of the price displayed on the page where you need to pay to download, purchase, and/or subscribe to the App and/or such Services.
B. The Service: The Unico Lite Services are accessible via mobile phone, website, tablet, or other network devices (collectively "Services"). Your use of the Services constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of your network device's normal messaging, data, and other rates and fees that may apply. You are solely responsible for verifying with your network device provider whether the Services are available for your device(s), and what restrictions or additional costs, if any, may be applicable to your use thereof.
C. License: Unico Lite grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Service in the manner permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission to do so.
D. Copyrights: You must respect the rights of the Company and its affiliates (if any). These Terms do not grant you (or enable anyone else) the right to do any of the following: (i) use branding, logos, designs, photographs, videos, or any other materials used in our Service; (ii) copy, archive, download, upload, distribute, syndicate, display, make available, or otherwise use any portion of the Services or the content on the Services except as authorized in these Terms; (iii) use the Service, any tools provided by the Service, or any content on the Service for any commercial purposes without our consent.
Before you can use the App, you will need to register for an account ("Account"). To create an Account, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority to legally enter into a contract under the laws of your home country, and be legally permitted to use the App by the laws of your home country.
You'll have great fun on Unico Lite, but if you feel the need to leave, you can delete your Account at any time by going to the 'Settings' page when you are logged in and clicking on the 'Delete account' option. Your Account will be deleted immediately, but it may take a little while for Your Content to be completely removed from the App. Your profile information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may not access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App or our systems. Certain portions of the App may not be accessible if you have not registered for an Account.
A. Definition: "User Content" means any content that Users upload, post, or transmit (collectively, "Post") to or through the Service, including, without limitation, any text, photographs, User Recordings in the form of written work, audio, or audio-visual video, and any other works subject to protection under applicable laws, including, but not limited to, patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright laws, and excludes any and all Unico Lite Content.
B. Screening User Content: Unico Lite offers Users the ability to submit User Content to or transmit through the Service. Unico Lite does not pre-screen any User Content but reserves the right, with or without notice, to remove, disallow, block, or delete any User Content in its sole discretion and at any time. In addition, we have the right - but not the obligation - in our sole discretion and at any time, with or without notice, to remove, disallow, block, or delete any User Content (i) that we consider to violate this Agreement, applicable law, or otherwise constitute Objectionable Content; or (ii) in response to complaints from other Users, licensors of any Unico Lite Content, or any governmental authorities. Unico Lite does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, appropriateness, availability, or quality of any User Content, and under no circumstances will Unico Lite be liable in any way for any User Content, where permissible under applicable laws and regulations.
C. Licenses to User Content: By submitting User Content on or through the Service, you hereby grant Unico Lite an unrestricted, assignable, sub-licensable, revocable, royalty-free license throughout the world to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, communicate to the public, publicly perform (including by means of digital audio transmissions and on a through-to-the-audience basis), make available, create derivative works from, retransmit from External Sites, and otherwise exploit and use (collectively, "Use") all or any part of all User Content you Post to or through the Service by any means and through any media and formats now known or hereafter developed, for the purposes of (i) advertising, marketing, and promoting Unico Lite and the Service; (ii) displaying and sharing your User Content to other Users of the Service; and (iii) providing the Service as authorized by this Agreement. You further grant Unico Lite a royalty-free license to use your username, image, voice, and likeness to identify you as the source of any of your User Content.
You must not Post any User Content on or through the Service or transmit to Unico Lite any User Content that you consider to be confidential or proprietary. Any User Content Posted by you to or through the Service or transmitted to Unico Lite will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, treated as such by Unico Lite, and may be used by Unico Lite in accordance with this Agreement without notice to you and without any liability to Unico Lite.
A. Creating fake accounts, malicious accounts, or accounts meant to impersonate another person is prohibited.
B. Content sent to a member that is irrelevant, impersonal, unsolicited, promotional, or repetitive is spam.
C. Pornography is not allowed. Publicly shared photos must be appropriate for general audiences. Nude or sexual photos are not allowed in public spaces.
D. Gratuitously graphic, disgusting, obscene, or violent content is prohibited.
E. Unico Lite has a zero-tolerance policy regarding child nudity of any kind, pornography, or anything we believe exploits, sexualizes, or fetishizes minors. Such content will be removed from the platform, and the uploader will be banned.
F. Posting private information of other members without their explicit consent is prohibited.
G. Unico Lite enforces against behaviors that are threatening, intentionally malicious, or personally harmful—physically, emotionally, or mentally.
H. Harassment and bullying are not allowed on Unico Lite. Unico Lite will honor requests to remove content that publicly shames or degrades a private individual.
I. Any attempt to use someone's insecurities or vulnerabilities for personal gain is considered manipulation or exploitation and is prohibited.
J. Hate speech, supremacy, or behavior that incites hate or violence against individuals or groups based on who they are or their beliefs is prohibited.
K. Using Unico Lite to promote, facilitate, or organize violent, criminal, or non-consensual actions that endanger anyone, physically, mentally, or emotionally, is prohibited.
L. Unico Lite does not allow any content that encourages or glorifies self-injury or encourages others to harm themselves.
M. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Posting content that violates another party's intellectual property rights is prohibited.
Unico Lite may offer you the ability to purchase, receive, or earn a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Diamonds or other virtual currency exclusively within the Service ("Diamonds").
Diamonds can only be used in connection with the Service as permitted by Unico Lite. You may view your balance of Diamonds at any time in your personal profile. Once redeemed for consumption, Diamonds will be deducted from your account balance and cannot be used again. In the event of any dispute, Unico Lite shall have the final determination over the calculation of your Diamonds account balance.
Unico Lite may make certain features or functionality of the Service available that allow or require the redemption of Diamonds, and may in its sole discretion modify or discontinue any applicable features or functionality or otherwise change the manner in which Diamonds may be redeemed.
The cost to purchase Diamonds is determined by Unico Lite in its sole discretion, including any discounts or promotions, and may be changed at any time. You agree that Unico Lite has the absolute right to reduce, manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate Diamonds as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and that Unico Lite will have no liability to you based on its exercise of these rights. Notwithstanding any language to the contrary contained on the Website or any other terminology used by Unico Lite, Diamonds have no monetary or "real world" value and can only be used within the Service. Diamonds may not be redeemed or exchanged for "real" currency or any legal tender outside of the Service. Unico Lite reserves the right to revoke the licenses to them at any time without notice.
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you in connection with the Diamonds. Unless authorized in the Service, Unico Lite prohibits and does not recognize any other sale, gift, assignment, transfer, or trade in the "real world" of any Diamonds to any third party under any circumstances whatsoever (including, without limitation, by operation of law) unless Unico Lite expressly pre-approves the applicable event in writing. Diamonds are solely for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, exported, scraped, or otherwise transferred for use on any other platform, service, or for any other use. Failure to comply with this Section constitutes a material breach of the Agreement and may result in the termination of your ability to access the Service.
A. Certain state, provincial, and national laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
B. The Unico Lite services and any software, services, or applications made available in conjunction with or through the Unico Lite services are provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law, "as is", "as available", and "with all faults", and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. Unico Lite, and its suppliers, affiliates, and licensors, disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights.
C. Unico Lite and its suppliers and licensors do not warrant that the functions contained in the Unico Lite services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Unico Lite services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
D. Unico Lite and its suppliers and licensors (including Unico Lite’s third-party wireless carrier licensors) do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of any location information or the other Unico Lite services in terms of security, safety, correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not Unico Lite or its suppliers or licensors) assume the entire cost of any necessary services or equipment necessary to access the Unico Lite services. You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of the Unico Lite services at your own discretion and risk.
E. Unico Lite takes no responsibility for any content that you or another member or third party posts, sends or receives through the Unico Lite services. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Unico Lite services is accessed at your own discretion and risk.
F. Unico Lite disclaims and takes no responsibility for any conduct of you or any other member, on or off the Unico Lite services.
G. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under this agreement or for any service failure if the delay or failure arises from any force majeure event or any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
A. Neither we nor any owner shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties arising out of your access to or use of the App, Website, our Content, or any Member Content, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), intellectual property infringement, product liability, or otherwise. The above provisions apply even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages. If you have any dissatisfaction with the App or the Website, your sole remedy is to stop using the App and the Website.
B. The limitation of liability here is an essential element of the basis of the transaction and reflects an equitable distribution of risk. The App and the Website would not be provided without such limitations, and you agree that the limitations of liability, disclaimers, and exclusive remedies specified herein will survive even if found to have failed of their essential purpose. The foregoing shall not apply to liability for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
